See the svg package documentation for explanation. I assume especially windows users need to set this option and i had to do some trial and error before i figured out how to do it correctly. Why can see nothing when to import it(please download it form dropbox and save it as gen.svg) with inkscape? See the latex manual or latex companion for explanation. Could not open file 'filters.svg' with vfs.
